Hosted by the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC), the Leadership Summit features conversations with leaders from federal, provincial, and municipal governments, as well as experts from academia and the private sector. The program is designed to provide insight into real-world leadership challenges facing governments today, including organizational culture, innovation, and leading through complexity.

- A continuation panel featuring senior leaders such as Shannon Salter, Deputy Minister to the Premier and Head of the BC Public Service, and Lindsay Jones, Executive Director of the Association of Municipalities of Ontario, exploring how culture can drive collaboration and innovation across all orders of government.
- “At the Centre of Government: Leading Public Institutions Through Change,” a leadership conversation with Joel Dickinson, Clerk of the Executive Council (New Brunswick), Sarah Thiele, Clerk of the Executive Council (Manitoba), and Arun Thangaraj, Deputy Minister of Transport Canada.
