This year’s theme will explore how governments strengthen execution, deliver at scale, and sustain public trust in an increasingly complex environment.

The conferences will explore how public institutions are navigating fiscal restraint, advancing digital and AI capabilities, and improving outcomes for Canadians—while continuing to address critical priorities like climate, infrastructure, and national security.
