Application period: From September 23, 2024 to January 13, 2025

How to apply: Contact a professor or supervisor in your Canadian university department, program or faculty to seek support. Submit the 1500-word paper about governance and the Public Service of Canada to the professor or supervisor, who should then complete the online application form and submit three versions of the paper.
