The Department of Political Science at University Laval invites applications for a position as professor of international security and strategic studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, conducting research, and contributing to the advancement of our academic program in this critical field.
Duties include teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, supervising graduate students, conducting research, publishing, and participating in outreach activities, as well as actively participating in university bodies and any other activities provided for in the collective agreement for professors.
The successful candidate will join the Department of Political Science at University Laval as a full professor on July 1, 2026, or earlier.
