2025 Roland Parenteau Award Winners

The Canadian Public Administration Review, in collaboration with the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC), presents the Roland Parenteau Award for the best article in French published in the journal over the past four years. The 2025 winners are Sylvie Goupil, lecturer at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), and Stéphanie Gagnon, professor at the École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP).
