The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) in partnership with the Canadian Association of Programs in Public Administration (CAPPA), are hosting a joint event titled The Future of Public Sector Management: Equipping Institutions to Better Manage Challenges on May 18th, 2021 from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm ET.
This event brings together academic thought leaders and public servants who will host engaging discussions as they unpack the policy lens from both an external and internal perspective and share new practices in public administration. The event will host both plenary and breakout sessions and explore questions around disruptive forces, policy prioritization, lesson retention, internal accountability, service delivery, and diversity and inclusion, among other topics. Participants will have the opportunity to join in on the discussion, add to their own toolkit, and learn how to apply current research to their practice.
