2022 Case Study Competition
The 2022 National Public Administration Case Competition was hosted by Carleton University and held virtually on February 16 & 26, 2022. The case centred around the problem of homelessness, rough sleeping, and the rise of encampments across the country during the pandemic. The scenario required students to brief their province’s senior officials on who the rough sleepers are and propose potential policy solutions.
